In a step reflecting his commitment to improving the university’s infrastructure, Professor Dr. Bahaa Insaf, the Rector of the University of Baghdad, conducted an inspection visit this morning to the College of Islamic Sciences. He was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ne’mah Dahash Farhan, and the Administrative Vice Dean, Professor Dr. Arkan Rahim Jabir.
During the visit, Dr. Insaf reviewed the progress of the ongoing reconstruction campaign at the college, which aims to develop its facilities and modernize its classrooms to ensure an optimal learning environment for students.
The Rector of the University praised the efforts of the college administration and staff, emphasizing the importance of this reconstruction campaign in elevating the level of higher education in Iraq. He also commended the significant role played by the College of Islamic Sciences in spreading both religious and scientific knowledge, and in graduating generations of scholars and jurists.
Dr. Insaf stated, “The College of Islamic Sciences stands as a towering academic and religious institution, playing an active role in building Iraqi society. We are proud of the achievements the college has made, and we are always committed to supporting and developing it.”
For his part, Dr. Farhan expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the visit of the President of the University of Baghdad, emphasizing that this visit would serve as a great motivator to continue diligent efforts and offer the best in service to the students, the university, and the nation.
