The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad organized a training course titled ‘Discover the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Entrepreneurship’ as part of its program for the Global Entrepreneurship Week. The course took place in the computer lab of the Sharia Department, with the presence of the college dean, Professor Dr. Naima Dahsh Farhan, his assistants, heads of scientific departments, and a number of professors and staff .

The aim of the course, conducted by M.M. Mustafa Hussein Zaweer, Engineer Mustafa Majid Salal, Barak Habeib Sadiq, and Engineer Yusra Shaker Ajjaj, was to provide a comprehensive and deep understanding of how artificial intelligence technologies integrate into the field of entrepreneurship. According to businessmen, artificial intelligence is leading a revolution in the business world. The entry of technological and smart technologies into industry and business has changed many aspects of daily operations, including facilitating interactions between customers and employees, accelerating workflow, increasing productivity, improving working conditions, and making more informed decisions.

The course covered four main axes. The first axis focused on understanding the fundamentals, providing a comprehensive definition of artificial intelligence and its foundations, and examining classifications of artificial intelligence. It emphasized how these concepts can be applied in the context of entrepreneurship. The second axis addressed data analysis and decision-making. The third axis dealt with the challenges and opportunities that may arise when integrating artificial intelligence into the field of entrepreneurship. The fourth axis explored the applications of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship.
