• The student must hold a non-Iraqi secondary school certificate.
  • The student must not have previously obtained an academic seat in any Iraqi public university or in private universities and colleges through any of the approved admission channels.
  • The student must not be currently applying through any public or special admission channels to Iraqi public universities or private universities and colleges.
  • The applicant must meet the minimum admission average required by the university and the college in which they intend to study for a Bachelor’s degree, according to the options listed in the application form. The minimum required average for humanities disciplines is (60%).
  • Applicants seeking to obtain a Diploma degree (Institute study after secondary school) are exempted from the minimum average requirement.
