Tasks of the Women's Affairs Unit

In order for women to have the role of empowered, pioneering, initiative, and participation in all areas of sustainable development, in order to achieve quality of life for them.
The strategy of our unit at the College of Islamic Sciences seeks to empower and build the capacities of women in the university and overcome the difficulties of their participation in all fields, to be an active and leading element in sustainable development, and to assume the rightful place, to be an honorable model of women’s leadership in all local, regional and international forums, by achieving a number of priorities:

 

  • Preparing and organizing programs, courses, workshops and seminars on everything related to women and their empowerment in various fields of life.
  • Field visits, highlighting and solving the issues faced by women in the state orphanages, reform prisons or special halls for drug abuse, and visiting battered women in the districts and suburbs.
