The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad, represented by the Scientific Affairs Unit and in collaboration with the Islamic Philosophy Department, organized a specialized workshop titled “Using Cloud Storage in Administrative Transactions.” The lecture was given by Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Qusai.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of shifting toward modern digital technologies in university administration, particularly in simplifying procedures, securing data, and creating a safer and more flexible work environment.
The lecturer explained how to implement cloud storage in educational institutions and how to use it to speed up administrative processes and ensure secure and quick access to information. He also discussed its role in boosting transparency and lowering operational costs.
The workshop concluded with recommendations emphasizing the importance of a gradual, well-planned adoption of cloud technologies in university administration. Other recommendations included intensifying training courses to efficiently qualify staff and developing strategic plans to ensure data security and protect it from cyber risks.
This workshop is part of the College of Islamic Sciences’ initiative to support digital transformation and develop its administrative infrastructure to align with the requirements of the modern era.
