In an important step to enhance the health and safety of its students, the College of Islamic Sciences today inaugurated a new first aid point within the college campus, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. This step comes from the college administration’s belief in the importance of providing immediate healthcare to students in case of any medical emergency during school hours.
The first aid point consists of a room equipped with the latest medical equipment, as well as a qualified medical team of nurses to provide necessary first aid to students in various cases. The point will also work on providing essential medications that students may need.
In response to this achievement, the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Dr. Naeem Dhih Farhan, said, “The opening of the first aid point is part of our constant endeavor to provide a safe and comfortable educational environment for all our students. We hope that this point will contribute to ensuring the safety and health of our students, and enable them to focus on their studies without worry.”
On the other hand, a representative of the Ministry of Health pointed out that the ministry pays great attention to the health and safety of students in all educational institutions, and that the opening of the first aid point at the College of Islamic Sciences is an example of fruitful collaboration between the ministry and universities to ensure the health of students.
