[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad recently held a discussion on a thesis titled “The Objectives of Sharia in Light of Surah Al-An’am” by student (Boraq Khalil Ali) from the Department of Islamic Sharia in the Zahra Hall.
\nThe thesis emphasized the importance of understanding the Quran to reform society, by delving into the general and specific objectives of its verses and rulings. It highlighted the role of the Quran in guiding and benefiting individuals, as well as protecting them from harm. The discussion concluded with key findings and recommendations, emphasizing the relationship between faith, understanding the objectives of Sharia, and the wisdom behind its rulings. The thesis was approved by the examination committee, which included distinguished scholars and academics. The Dean of the College and his administrative assistant were present to oversee the academic proceedings.[\/vc_column_text]
